Social Welfare and Development Acting Secretary Celia Capadocia - Yangco gives a hearty thanks to Mr. Stephen L. Anderson, country director of the United Nations - World Food Programme as they exchange documents on the turnover of two units of Toyota Hilux (4x4) 3.0 Diesel 2010 model to the DSWD (inset).

The two vehicles will be used by DSWD in disaster operations and WFP concerns.

Acting Secretary Yangco and Mr. Anderson signed the transfer of property and turned over the keys during the kick-off ceremonies for DSWD's 59TH year anniversary on January 25.

For her part, Acting Secretary Yangco expressed her gratitude to UN - WFP and assured them that the newly donated vehicles will be very useful in responding to and monitoring disaster-related efforts. ### (DSWD - Social Marketing) February 5, 2010.
