The PAMANA is the national government’s program and framework for peace and development. It is implemented in areas affected by conflict and communities covered by existing peace agreements.
The program aims to bring back government to PAMANA areas, thereby ensuring that the communities benefit from improved delivery of basic services and are served by responsive, transparent and accountable local government units as aimed by the Local Government Code.
