STUDENT TRAINING PROGRAM
The Student Training Program (STP) is a capacity-building initiative that offers students practical, hands-on experience in the field of social welfare and development. It provides internship and on-the-job training opportunities across various Offices, Bureaus, Services, and Units (OBSUs) of the agency, matching trainees based on their academic background and available slots. The program aims to bridge classroom learning with real-world public service, enhance students’ professional skills, and foster a sense of civic responsibility. Interested applicants must complete an online form and undergo an internal assessment for placement.
