36K combatants, former rebels receive livelihood, aid package from DSWD, OPAPRU

DSWD-reinstated 4Ps households receive retropayment of education grants

Retroactive payments for the education grants have been credited on Wednesday (August 14 ) to the bank accounts of household beneficiaries who were reinstated into the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) following a reassessment using the Social Welfare and Development Indicators (SWDI). “We are pleased to announce that the households reinstated into the 4Ps program have already received their education grants through the LandBank of the Philippines. Volunteers continue to repack goods at DSWD’s main warehouse, produce over 300K FFPs

DSWD holds test run for ‘i-Registro’ social registry, data authentication system

DSWD, PDRF forge MOU to strengthen disaster response operations

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation Inc. In its effort to provide extra love and extra care to clients, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) capacitates agency personnel with advanced communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
