Personnel of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office – CALABARZON distribute on Tuesday (September 3) family food packs (FFPs) to 198 families or 857 individuals staying in the evacuation center at the Kabisig Elementary School in Barangay San Andres in Cainta, Rizal province. The distribution of FFPs coincided with the visit of DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian where he checked on the condition of the evacuees. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 5 – Bicol Region continues on Tuesday (Sep. 3) its relief operations for displaced families in Naga City, Camarines Sur. A total of 100 displaced families in Barangays Del Rosario, Dinaga, and Concepcion Grande received boxes of FFPs and 6 liters of bottled water. The FO-5 also provided hot meals to the eight remaining families stranded at the Pasacao Port in Camarines Sur.
