Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) and Loyalty Awardees expressed their gratitude to their co-workers and mentors during the Central Office recognition rites on Thursday (March 13) at the Landbank’s Diosdado Macapagal Hall in Malate, Manila.

Division Chief Cynthia Lagasca of the Policy Development and Planning Bureau (PDPB), the 40-year Loyalty Awardee of the Department shared how she was able to overcome challenges as one of the “rose from the ranks” personnel of the agency.

Director Karina Antonette Agudo of the Administrative Service, on the other hand, received the Best Manager Award for the Central Office PRAISE and thanked her family and colleagues for inspiring her to do her job well.

Administrative Service – Records and Archives Management Division Chief Myrna Reyes also delivered a heartfelt message on behalf of other DSWD Service Awardees who retired or are set to retire.

The event was attended by Undersecretary Vilma Cabrera and Asst. Secretary Marites Maristela of the DSWD Conditional Cash Transfer and Beneficiary Targeting Group (CCTBTG), Asst. Secretary Gina Wenceslao of the General Administration and Support Services Group (GASSG), other DSWD Management Committee officials, and regional directors. #
