Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian convened the council members of the National Authority for Child Care (NACC) to discuss issues on adoption and alternative child care programs on Friday (March 28) at the DSWD Central Office, Quezon City.

Joining Secretary Gatchalian in the council meeting were Undersecretary Emmeline Aglipay Villar and Asst. Secretary Elaine Fallarcuna of the International Affairs, and Attached and Supervised Agencies.

Also present were NACC Undersecretary Janella Estrada, and Council Members Atty. Gabriela Concepcion; Atty. Iris Sylvia Bonifacio; and, Dr. Maria Caridad Tarroja. #
