Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian updates reporters on the programs and services of the agency during the Saturday News Forum on April 5 at the Dapo Restaurant in Quezon City.

The DSWD chief tackled the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), Harmonized Electronic License Permit System (HELPS), Minors Traveling Abroad (MTA) system, and the Kaagapay Donations Portal.

Secretary Gatchalian emphasized that beyond social welfare, which plays an important role in improving the well-being of individuals, the agency also focuses on human capital investment. (YADP)
