



Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian showcases the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) before the 2025 International Conference on Societies of Opportunities (ICSO) on Monday (April 28) at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
The DSWD chief, joined by Undersecretary Adonis Sulit of the agency’s Policy and Plans Group (PPG), cited the gains and components of the 4Ps as the flagship poverty-alleviation and human capital investment of the Philippines.
Led by the Singapore’s Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the National University of Singapore (NUS), the ICSO serves as a platform for global policymakers, researchers, and practitioners to share insights and strategies aimed at improving access to opportunities and promoting social mobility.
