The Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) held the Gawad Sulong Awards on Friday (August 30) at the Sequioa Hotel in Quezon City.

The event highlighted the outstanding achievements, dedication, and unwavering commitment of SLP participants, employees, and partners who are actively involved in the program.

In her message, Undersecretary Monina Josefina Romualdez of the DSWD’s Operations Group, said the Gawad Sulong Awards gives recognition to the efforts, passion and dedication of participants, partners and beneficiaries that make the SLP a successful anti-poverty reduction program of the Department.
