As the lead agency in the country’s disaster response efforts, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is pleased with the result of the latest Pulse Asia Ulat ng Bayan Survey indicating that 58 percent of Filipinos agree that the government’s response after a disaster is timely. The nationwide survey was conducted from June 17 to 24 using face-to-face interviews based on the response of 1,200 participants from 18 years old and above. DSWD Asst.
