Out-of-school youth rises to become a licensed teacher through 4Ps

Having an abundant life while living with his whole family was Raffy Borreros’ dream as he grew up in the province of Capiz. Raffy came from a poor household with six members. At an early age, he experienced struggles and challenges while helping his family. Community project under DSWD revives marine ecosystem battered by typhoons

Former 4Ps beneficiary reaches dream to become a teacher

Graduation photos of Rigine Ulgasan, a Pantawid sa Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary who passed the 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). Holding on to her dream for a better life for her family, Rigine Ulgasan faced various challenges in life in order to become a teacher.
