DSWD continues to monitor rescued kids from human trafficking in Iligan City

The Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Field Office (FO) 10- Northern Mindanao continues to monitor the cases of the 10 minors who were rescued during the anti-human trafficking entrapment operations in Iligan City last May 7 and 9, an agency official said on Thursday (May 15). DSWD’s MANCOM backs new guidelines to strengthen ease of doing business

In continuation of the efforts to streamline the agency’s provision of programs and services, the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) management committee (MANCOM) conditionally approved four proposed guidelines to bolster the implementation of Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act. DSWD, OPAPRU turn over modified shelters for conflict-torn communities in Zamboanga Sibugay

Reaffirming the Philippine government’s commitment to build resilient and peaceful communities, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) continue to bring sustainable and high-impact development projects in conflict-vulnerable areas.
