Solo parents entitled to discounts, VAT-exemption, other perks – DSWD exec

As the celebration of the National Solo Parents Week culminated on Saturday (April 26), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting solo parents across the country by highlighting the benefits available to them under Republic Act 11861 or the Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act. Bulacan job fair for 4Ps members logs over 200 hired-on-the-spot

Some 1,800 members of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) participated in the ‘Trabaho sa Bagong Pilipinas’ job fair held at the Bulacan State University in Malolos City on Saturday (April 26). Lubuagan is a 4th class municipality in Kalinga province composed of nine barangays and boasts of a rich Cordillera culture and scenic environment.
