The Psychological First Aid (PFA) providers from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) have arrived in Yangon, Myanmar on Friday (April 11) to provide psychosocial counseling for the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), mostly teachers, who were affected by the 7.7 magnitude earthquake that hit this Southeast Asian country. Upon arrival, the PFA providers, together with officials from the Philippine Embassy in Myanmar and the family members of the two Filipino fatalities, received the ashes of the victims.
