DSWD to add feedback mechanism in new donations portal

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is eyeing the inclusion of a feedback mechanism to its newly-launched Kaagapay Donations Portal to further improve donor’s experience. “Sa mga susunod na mga buwan, ilulunsad po namin yung feedback mechanism para malaman po ng mga donors kung papaano po ito [Kaagapay Portal] ma-a-access,” Assistant Secretary Marie Rafael of the DSWD’s Partnership Building and Resource Mobilization Office (PBRMO) said in a radio interview last Sunday (March 2). DSWD, BI firm up partnership for minors travelling abroad

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Assistant Secretary Ada Colico of the agency’s Protective Programs led an exploratory meeting with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Monday (March 3) to firm up the collaboration aimed at protecting unaccompanied minors travelling abroad from all forms of harm. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian and Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla sign on Monday (March 3), the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially signifying the start of the Client Referral and Psycho-Social Intervention Program implementation.
