The number of cases involving violence against children (VAC) in the Philippines has been decreasing under the administration of President Ferdinand R. 7K ex-Moro rebels in Mindanao to benefit from DSWD’s new case management system

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has launched last May 14 a new social case management system for former members of non-state armed groups (FMNSAGs) in Region 10 (Northern Mindanao), marking the start of a more enhanced government approach to the reintegration of decommissioned combatants (DCs) in the region. DSWD aids stranded individuals due to San Juanico Bridge emergency repair

The Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Field Office 8-Eastern Visayas swiftly assisted the individuals affected by the passage restrictions due to the emergency repair of the San Juanico Bridge, an agency official said on Tuesday (May 20).
