DSWD’s medical, burial aid to continue during 10-day Comelec ‘ayuda’ ban – agency spox

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) will continue providing medical and burial assistance to Filipinos who will be needing these services during the 10-day ‘ayuda’ ban imposed by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) from May 2 to 10 leading to the May 12 elections. DSWD ready to respond to Mt. Bulusan restiveness with 180K food packs in place

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has assured Bicolanos that the agency is ready to respond if the restiveness of Mt. As the celebration of the National Solo Parents Week culminated on Saturday (April 26), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting solo parents across the country by highlighting the benefits available to them under Republic Act 11861 or the Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act. Bulacan job fair for 4Ps members logs over 200 hired-on-the-spot

Some 1,800 members of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) participated in the ‘Trabaho sa Bagong Pilipinas’ job fair held at the Bulacan State University in Malolos City on Saturday (April 26). Over 100 members of 4Ps in Pangasinan gets hired-on-the-spot at inter-agency job fair

Some 3,000 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries from 11 towns in Pangasinan participated in the ‘Trabaho para sa Bagong Pilipinas’ job fair held in Dagupan City on Friday (April 25). As of press time, 117 4Ps members were hired-on-the-spot (HOTS) by employers invited by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
