Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian meets with the leaders of the International Justice Mission (IJM) on Wednesday (October 30) to discuss the pressing concerns on Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC). DSWD brings aid to ‘Kristine’-hit remote areas in Cam Sur; intensifies preps for ‘Leon’

DSWD chief awards 4Ps Huwarang Pantawid Pamilya

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian leads the awarding of the Huwarang Pantawid Pamilya during the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) National Family Congress (NFC) at the  Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Santa Cruz, Manila on Wednesday (October 30). The 16 Huwarang Pantawid Pamilya from the different regions were awarded with a plaque of recognition and cash incentive worth Php10,000 each. DSWD extends aid to more Pinoy repatriates from Lebanon

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has assisted another batch of Filipino repatriates from Lebanon who arrived in the Philippines on Saturday (October 26) amid the escalating conflict between the Lebanese militant group and Israel.
