The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has already released more than Php9 million worth of humanitarian assistance for the families affected by Super Typhoon Julian, an agency official said on Wednesday (October 2). “The DSWD has already provided Php9.078 million in relief aid to the Ilocos and Cagayan Valley Regions as well as to the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR),” DSWD Asst.
