DSWD inks agreements with 66 public universities, LGUs for agency’s tutoring program

In preparation for the 2025 implementation of the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) signed tripartite agreements with state and local universities and colleges (S/LUCs) and local government units (LGUs) across the country.
