32nd National Children’s Month seeks to end all forms of violence against children – CWC exec

In celebration of the 32nd National Children’s Month (NCM) this November, the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC), an attached agency of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), announced that this year’s event is focused on advocating to end all forms of violence against children. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian thanked the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for donating 1,000 relief boxes which were distributed to ‘Kristine’-hit residents in Marikina City on Wednesday (October 30).
