DSWD chief reiterates PBBM’s order to enhance programs for poor at Kapihan sa Manila Prince

Volunteers continue to repack goods at DSWD’s main warehouse, produce over 300K FFPs

More than 9,000 volunteers who heeded the call of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) have so far produced 344,316 boxes of family food packs (FFPs) as replenishment to the FFPs distributed to families affected by Typhoon Carina and the Habagat. “We would like to thank the volunteers who have responded to  our call. DSWD holds test run for ‘i-Registro’ social registry, data authentication system

DSWD, PDRF forge MOU to strengthen disaster response operations

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation Inc. DSWD trains employees on advanced communication, conflict-resolution skills

In its effort to provide extra love and extra care to clients, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) capacitates agency personnel with advanced communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
