DSWD’s ‘Tara, Basa!’ expands to Kidapawan City with 600 new learners, 120 college tutors

The Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program has expanded to Kidapawan City in Cotabato province that will benefit 600 elementary learners and engage 120 new tutors and 60 Youth Development Workers (YDW) from public colleges and universities. DSWD regularly checks socioeconomic progress of 4Ps beneficiaries

As part of the social case management designed for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) continuously monitors the socioeconomic status of 4Ps members.
