As a part of the presidential caravan, “Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat,” Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian leads on Friday (September 13) the payout of Ayuda Para Sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) at the Bataan’s People Center in Balanga City.

Secretary Gatchalian, joined by Bataan 2nd District Rep. Jose Enrique Garcia III; Pusong Pinoy Partylist Representative Jett Nisay; and Orion Mayor Antonio Raymundo Jr. and DSWD Field Office (FO) 3 – Central Luzon Regional Director Venus Rebuldela, oversaw the distribution of Php5,000 cash assistance to some 1,829 AKAP beneficiaries in the province.
