Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian presents to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) of the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) signed by partner agencies from different national government agencies (NGAs) and international organizations committed to mitigating hunger and poverty in the Philippines.

The EPAHP JMC or the Guidelines on the Implementation of the EPAHP Program was signed and received by the President on Monday (October 28) in simple ceremonies at the Heroes Hall in Malacañan Palace.

The JMC aims to bolster the convergence efforts of the government to combat hunger and reduce poverty nationwide.

Signing the EPAHP JMC were cabinet secretaries and executives of the different government agencies and international partners. #
