Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian served as a resource speaker during the magisterial lecture on Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), held as part of the Archbishop’s/Bishop’s Executive Course on Wednesday (April 3) at the Caritas Philippines Development Center in Tagaytay City.

The DSWD chief thanked Caritas Philippines Executive Director Father Carmelo “Tito” Caluag for the opportunity to share the agency’s programs and highlight the role of public-private partnerships in strengthening social welfare initiatives for the Filipinos’ holistic development. # (LSJ)
