More than 30 Information Officers (IOs) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Central Office participated in a meeting and workshop on basic news writing and photo captioning held at the Auditorium last August 13.

Special Assistant to the Secretary (SAS) for Strategic Communications Raymond Robert Burgos served as the resource speaker in the IO meeting and workshop. He was assisted by Division Chief Myla Monsod of the Public Affairs and Advocacy Division (PAAD), which is under the Digital Media Service (DMS) of the Strategic Communications office.
