Assistant Secretary Marie Paz Rafael of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Partnerships Building and Resource Mobilization Office (PBRMO) tackles the key features of the agency’s newly-launched Kaagapay Donations Portal during the Saturday News Forum on March 29 at the Dapo Restaurant in Quezon City.

The online platform is designed to provide donors with a simpler and more convenient way to extend their donations to DSWD-led disaster response operations and to the agency’s centers and residential care facilities (CRCFs), as well as to social welfare and development agencies (SWDAs) and local government units (LGUs).
