
Social workers of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 3-Central Luzon responded swiftly to assist eight individuals who were rescued in an anti-human trafficking entrapment operations led by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Wednesday (May 14) at a bar in East Dirita, San Antonio, Zambales.
The three minor victim-survivors were provided with psychosocial intervention upon rescue while the remaining five were reunited with their families and will be assisted by the DSWD through the agency’s Recovery and Reintegration Program for Trafficked Persons (RRPTP) # (MBM)
