






The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Laboratoryo, Konsulta at Gamot Para Sa Lahat (Lab For All),
received on Wednesday (May 21) four new mobile coaster clinics and a mobile water station from a private donor.
DSWD Central Office officials who were present to receive the donations, on behalf of Secretary Rex Gatchalian, include Undersecretaries Edu
Punay of the Innovations and Program Development Group (IPDG), Monina Josefina Romualdez of the Operations Group (OG), Diana Rose Cajipe of the Disaster Response Management Group (DRMG); Assistant Secretary for Regional Operations Paul Ledesma; Special Assistant to the Secretary (SAS) for DRMG and concurrent officer-in-charge (OIC) of the National Resource and Logistics Management
Bureau (NRLMB) Leo Quintilla; and Director Maria Isabel Lanada of the Disaster Response Management Bureau (DRMB).
The mobile coaster clinics will be deployed to the DSWD’s Field Offices (FO) in the National Capital Region (NCR), 3-Central Luzon, 8 -Eastern Visayas, and 11-Davao Region, while the mobile water station will be stationed at the Field Office 5-Bicol Region.
The new mobile units are expected to enhance the DSWD’s operations in providing assistance to the poor, vulnerable, and disadvantaged sectors. (AKDL)
