Executives of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) attached and supervised agencies present on Tuesday (April 8) their planned activities and budget proposals for fiscal year 2026 to DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian.

Present at the meeting were Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) Executive Director Undersecretary Angelo Tapales; National Authority for Child Care (NACC) Assistant Secretary for Administration and Finance Erickson Luz; Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) Executive Director Tricia Clare Oco; National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) Executive Director Glenda Relova;
Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) Commissioner Emmanuel Gison, Jr; and, National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) Secretary Lope Santos III.

Also joining Secretary Gatchalian in the meeting were Undersecretary Emmeline Aglipay Villar of the International Affairs, and Attached and Supervised Agencies and Undersecretary Adonis Sulit of the Policy and Plans Group (PPG).
