Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian joins the officials and staff of Aboitiz Foundation as they celebrate their 35th anniversary at the Infinity Ballroom, F1 Hotel in Taguig City on Wednesday (October 11).
Sec. Gatchalian also served as a resource person in the foundation’s second plenary session discussing the Department’s efforts to digitalize its regulatory and social protection services.
