In his continuing listening tour to the various Field Offices of the agency, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian holds a dialogue with the officials and staff of the Ilocos Region Field Office in San Fernando City in La Union province on Friday (March 15).
Secretary Gatchalian intently listened to the staff as they shared their insights on how to further improve the delivery of services to the public.
