As part of its disaster preparedness and mitigation strategy, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), led by Undersecretary Diana Rose Cajipe, conducts an earthquake drill at the Haven for Children in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, today (May 26). The children-residents of the center are seen doing the duck, cover, and hold during the drill while Usec. Cajipe is shown explaining the importance of the earthquake drill to the children, emphasizing the importance of being organized, prompt, and caring with one another in times of disasters.
