The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office-1 (Ilocos Region) continues its Emergency Cash Transfer (ECT) program payout in Vintar, Ilocos Norte on Friday (August 4). The ECT beneficiaries include families severely affected by Super Typhoon Egay.
The ECT is one of the early recovery and rehabilitation programs of the DSWD for families affected by disasters.
