In its effort to provide extra love and extra care to clients, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) capacitates agency personnel with advanced communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

The 5-day Enhanced Customer Experience Skills Training Program which started on Monday (August 12) and will run until Friday (August 16), aims to enhance the customer service skills and develop training capabilities of the DSWD employees or the Angels in Red Vests.
